Vista Verde

My family and I spent the whole day carrying our bags by hand to another building because Vista Verde security kept us from moving them out. The security staff first stopped the transport company’s loaded vehicle from leaving, so we unloaded everything ourselves and carried it beyond the barrier. Even then, they would not let us put our bags in the company’s car, blocking us outside the property as well. The owner also kept our 64,000,000 VND deposit, while demanding electricity payment that was more than 15 times what the deposit covered. The owner’s representatives took furniture we had bought with our own money from the street and brought it to the apartment. They changed the password even though our contract still had two days left. Apartment T1-2304 is owned by MA SHEK-FAI PHILIP. The bathroom mold was not removed as requested, the kitchen drain was left unfixed and water ran across the floor, and the air conditioners kept leaking water into the apartment and could not cope. I paid for technical specialists to come twice over five months, but the issue was never resolved. The balcony photo I’m attaching was taken before we moved in and shows no furniture. I’m also attaching a video of the mold and one showing the air conditioner not working. This owner is very greedy and seems to care only about profit.

There aren't many shops to choose from, though most are good, roomy, and uncrowded. On weekends one bar has good live music, and you can still sit and enjoy yourself in the other shops.

For six full months we put up with unbearable construction noise from neighboring units. We complained repeatedly, but management did nothing and showed no concern for residents' peace or well-being. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Avoid renting here.

DO NOT rent T1 23.03. The landlady lied to us and kept our two months' deposit, even though we left the flat in perfect condition after a deep clean by Beetaskee. We also paid over 2 mil for AC and upholstery cleaning. 😡
