NEW SPACE HOTEL

The condition of the hotel was far worse than the old room photos suggest. The buffet breakfast looked unhygienic enough to make me feel sick, and the receptionists came across as very unprofessional. They charged 235000VND for just one hour of late checkout. That did not feel like hospitality at all, and this has been the worst experience we've had so far.

The staff were extremely rude. We booked five rooms a day ahead because we needed to check in early in the morning, and they confirmed breakfast would be served from 6:30 to 10:00. But when we came down at 9:30, they refused to give us breakfast. We showed them the email confirmation and they still said no.

The shower had a sewer smell, and both the service and rooms were poor. The one thing going for the hotel is its location, which makes getting to the airport quick.

It’s a convenient place to stay near the airport, with large rooms and comfortable beds. The building has an old-fashioned style. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included, though breakfast is very basic and there isn’t much to choose from. Each room comes with a TV, fridge, kettle, safe, and a spacious bathroom.
