The hot mineral pool wasn't ready to use, so keep that in mind before coming. The rooms are nicely decorated in a Japanese style, though the staircase is a little difficult to walk on and housekeeping left some areas of the toilets not quite clean. Still, it's a nice place for a one or two day family break.

There isn't much space in the active area, and a lot of the construction is unfinished. There are only a few activities, like painting statues, and the service doesn't live up to the advertising.

The view is okay, but the room and food were quite disappointing. Google Maps hasn't updated the road to get there yet.

A great place for a family outing, with plenty of activities for adults and kids. I'd give it 5 out of 5, come back, and recommend it.

It's an odd-looking country club, and the front desk service wasn't very helpful. Even though it's so close to Hanoi, they don't seem experienced with foreign visitors.
