Being left inside during a flood was frightening. The staff had left without telling anyone, and my friend, two German women and I were stuck there with no food or electricity. We tried calling for help from the lobby, but nobody answered. The main entrance doors had also been tied shut, so we couldn't get out. That felt both bizarre and dangerous, especially if a fire had started. There was no sense of responsibility or empathy. Are people really this uneducated in Vietnam? Pathetic.

The front desk staff were so friendly, and the place felt cozy. Breakfast was nicely prepared, even if the selection was limited. They pointed us toward a restaurant with authentic local food, and there's also a lively pub and food street within walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay.

The location is very close to Hue's center, and so far this has been the best place we've stayed on our trip. Our room was clean and nice, breakfast was really good, and the staff were lovely. We stayed two nights, and housekeeping came by during our stay.

It was easy to get around from this convenient location. The rooms were modern and very clean, and breakfast was included, with plenty of choices from the menu. Staff were friendly and happy to suggest places to visit in the city.

The rooftop dining space was a nice touch, used for breakfast and drinks in the evening. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is close to the walking street. Great value for the price.
