The hotel does have an elevator, though you need to climb a few steps to reach the lobby first. Location is okay. The rooms look nice at first, but ventilation is poor, the mattress feels like a floor, and the water heater gives you only about two minutes of scalding hot water. After that you’ll have a cold shower. There’s just one roll of toilet paper in the room, so use it carefully. We were glad to be there only two nights. The listing mentions a restaurant and breakfast, but those are apparently available only when 30 or more guests are staying, so don’t count on breakfast. For American travelers, they say they take credit cards, but they don’t. Payment is cash or vietbank, which I assume is like Zelle in the US. Even for cash, they’ll only accept a 100 USD bill, not smaller notes, so have enough VND to pay the hotel bill.
