Nha at reception was especially kind and helpful. She printed my documents for me, and was friendly and professional. Little gestures like that made me feel how much the hotel cares about its guests. The food was delicious, with plenty of different dishes, and the staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout. Everything was clean, beautiful, and cozy, and my room was comfortable and well looked after. Phu Quoc is a stunning island, and my stay here made the trip even more special. I'd happily return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting.

Queeny made our stay especially memorable. She was always smiling, polite, and friendly, and kept helping us with information and anything we needed. I'm very grateful for her care. WorldHotels Long Beach Resort Phu Quoc impressed me from arrival. Check-in was smooth, the welcome was warm, and the rooms were beautiful. The beachfront setting was wonderful, and the resort's well-equipped facilities covered our needs. We also got a complimentary 20 minute foot massage, a lovely way to relax. I was very impressed with the hospitality. I'd stay here again on another Phu Quoc visit and recommend it to friends and family.

Duyen kindly arranged an early check-in at no charge, which made a great first impression. She was professional, considerate, and went the extra mile. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service made me feel valued. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable room and attentive hospitality, and would stay again.

The free airport pickup was very well organized. We messaged only a few minutes before our flight landed, and the driver was already waiting with a name sign. Queeny and Tan Hao deserve special thanks, and the team should be commended for their service. The beach was clean, the breakfasts were varied and high quality, and there was a rooftop pool and spa. Our room was modern and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. We spent three weeks in Vietnam, and this was our favorite hotel. A well-deserved five stars ❤️.

The kids loved the spacious kids' room and fun water playground, and the beach was great for them too. It had soft sand, gentle waves, and beautiful sunsets. There's also a DJ playing nice music on the beach each evening. The spa was amazing, and the staff were kind and professional. When we had small issues, they checked and fixed them quickly, which made our stay comfortable. I was touched by their kindness. This newly opened hotel is right downtown, close to the airport, King Kong Mart, and lots of good restaurants. I'd highly recommend it.
