The owner was extremely unprofessional, and the service was terrible. They tried to persuade me to take their private car to the airport. When I refused, they became rude and started causing trouble. I’d booked a room from 4 PM to 10 PM to wait for my flight. The owner first charged me 500k VND for the whole day, which I agreed to pay, then changed the story and said all the 500k VND rooms were taken and only 550k VND rooms were available. Walking up the stairs was very tiring, too. When I came back from sightseeing at 10 PM, the owner asked why I hadn’t checked out, even though I’d already paid for the whole day. How long I stayed was my business. My flight was delayed, so I asked to stay one more hour. The owner got rude and demanded an additional few hundred thousand VND. It was completely unreasonable. I asked, "Should I really be forced to check out and sleep on the street, even though I've already paid?" They said they had to stay up late waiting for me. Such strange hotel service. The service here was extremely bad, incredibly bad. Don’t come here. I’d give it a negative rating.

My impression: affordable, with dining and adult entertainment nearby. There aren't many rooms, so it doesn't feel crowded.
