The staff member was very rude. Our room was noisy at night and the AC was broken, so when we asked to move, he carried our luggage to the new room and shoved it with his foot. His attitude was poor. The in-room phone didn't work, the toilet door lock was broken, and the wooden toilet door was rotting.

The staff were courteous, and each room had a wall-mounted AC unit. But the rooms need repairs for water damage on the bathroom walls and door. The sheets and towels looked dirty or stained. I stayed twice and ran into the same problems in both rooms. The photos show the hotel view.
