The pool looks out over the countryside, which made it feel really relaxing and worth getting away for. The resort is spacious, new, and high class, with very friendly service. It’s also close to Hanoi, under two hours by car. My favorite part was having 100% mineral hot spring water piped straight into both the room and the pools.

In the end, things worked out, and the staff were more helpful and professional than we expected. I’d give them four stars, taking one off for the rough start. Before that, we tried calling many times and nobody answered, so we wondered if the address might be fake. Be careful!

The dinner service needs work. There was no paper menu, and a la carte options weren’t available even though we arrived early. Breakfast was fine, though. The resort is decent, with lovely views of the mountains and valleys, but it’s still fairly new and doesn’t have many amenities yet. Hope it improves over time.

The road to the resort was a bit shaky, but it was worth the trip. I came with my family for a short vacation, and we had a nice stay. The service was good, and all the staff were really nice.
