We were ready at 7.20 the next morning, but nobody came to pick us up. At the reception, the guy kept talking about calling a taxi, even though we'd already paid. Then he said the price didn't include free pickup. We just wanted to reach Phu Quoc, but when we got to the harbor at 7.30, we were told the boat had left at 7.20, so we had to wait 3.5 hours for the next one. This was terrible service, and I wouldn't recommend the place. There was a sign offering boat tickets to Phu Quoc, and the price we were quoted was higher than what I'd read. I asked several times whether pickup from the guesthouse was included, and they said yes. I also checked several times that pickup was at 7.20 from their place, and they confirmed that too.
