The rooms were really large and clean, and the host and staff were helpful. They arranged a private transfer to Hanoi airport for us and shared useful ideas for planning our sightseeing and activities that day. With the peaceful setting, mountain scenery, and nice pool, it was a pleasant place to unwind. I’d stay here again if I get the chance to return to Ninh Binh.

The staff were friendly, easy to reach before and during my stay, and handled all my requests really well. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and convenient, and the homestay is in a quiet, charming spot. There’s a terrace by the lake that’s a lovely place to catch the sunset. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, thanks in large part to the scenery and the friendly, helpful staff. The hotel sits between karst mountains and a small, peaceful lake, and it’s easy to get to Ninh Binh or Tam Coc for a livelier evening. Our room, 107, was clean and fairly spacious compared with other places we’ve stayed, though an unpleasant smell came through the bathroom ventilation. We also found the meals good and convenient to have on site. There was quite a lot of nearby construction, which could get noisy during the day, so keep that in mind if you plan to relax at the hotel in the afternoon.

The receptionist was wonderful, sorting out easy transport and sharing useful local tips and directions. We also had a good quality motorbike rental and enjoyed paddleboarding and the pool. Our family loved the place: it’s new and clean, with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was among the best we had in Vietnam, with Western and Asian choices. A great fit for families looking for both downtime and activities.
