Green Hill Hostel & Homestay

The tour with Binh and An was incredible, and being in a smaller group meant we got to see more than people with other companies. The price was excellent, too. We spent the mornings, afternoons, and evenings eating, chatting, relaxing, and exploring together. They shared Ha Giang’s history and traditions, showed us great food, and took lots of photos and videos for us. We really didn’t want it to end. Green Hill has beautiful rooms in a stunning setting. Do welcomed us warmly and made a lovely feast for our first night, which was a great introduction to Ha Giang. Everyone did so much to make us happy, and the guides were friendly, hospitable, and professional. Special thanks to Hiếu, who helped Binh get home to care for his family. Green Hill will help with any situation and arrange future trips. If we return to Ha Giang, we’ll be back to see Binh, An, and Do and do the tour again. Thank you all so much. Everything was so green and beautifully arranged, and the service felt warm and almost like being with family. We went on a guided motorbike tour with lovely guides who made it feel much more personal than the others. Duy was especially wonderful, the best host we’ve ever had, and we had so much fun with him. We never wanted to leave. Thanks for everything, and hopefully see you again soon!

The trip itself was amazing, and Green Hill Tours gave me a great price with a lot included. I’d heard about them from someone who took a five-day trip to Ban Gioc Waterfall, which I’d recommend if you have the time. I couldn’t fit it in, but the waterfall is full of water now after the typhoon. At the end of my trip, they arranged a ride from Ha Giang to Hanoi for me and the friend who had bailed 😅. I’d booked a three-day car trip for myself and a friend, but when my friend cancelled, I contacted Green Hill right away. They kindly put me with another group, arranged my ride from Sapa to Ha Giang, and let me sleep in a private room at their homestay. I was in touch with them before and throughout the trip; they answered every question and found a solution to each problem. Huong was especially attentive. I don’t have words to thank them for the experience ❤️
