The bathroom’s dark tiles and poor lighting made it hard to see the mold and dirt that were definitely there. We also found hairs and skin flakes on the shelves and bedside tables, and some furniture was damaged. Under the bedsheet, the mattress was wrapped in plastic, making it uncomfortable and not breathable. Check-in was difficult in part because the receptionist didn’t know the German visa requirements. He also gave me the wrong change, and 30,000 VND is still missing. A very disappointing stay, and unfortunately we can’t recommend the hotel.

Good location, and the water pressure was pretty good too. I had a great stay.

The staff were very polite and helpful. A good experience.

It felt dark, seedy, dirty, unsafe, and uncomfortable. The shelves of condoms for sale at the check-in desk should be warning enough. I wouldn’t stay here.
