Hotel Nikko Saigon

Hotel Nikko Saigon exceeded my expectations. The whole place was immaculate and clearly well cared for. From arrival, everything felt organized and professional, yet welcoming. The staff made the stay special. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with real warmth. I also noticed the care put into the details, from the comfortable rooms to the atmosphere throughout the hotel. Every interaction felt easy, which made the stay relaxing from beginning to end. For a visit to Vietnam, I highly recommend Hotel Nikko Saigon if you want comfort, service, and genuine hospitality. They set a high standard and made my stay memorable.

We made a last-minute decision to stay three nights at Nikko Hotel Saigon after a nightmare at our original Airbnb apartment around midnight. At the front desk, Dean greeted us with a bright smile and checked us in efficiently, even in the early hours. He made us feel welcome right away and made sure our bags were taken care of. We were surprised by an upgrade to the executive suite, which made the stay at Nikko Saigon Hotel memorable. We can't thank Dean enough. The hotel lived up to its advertised five-star standard, from the huge breakfast buffet to the staff's endless smiles and excellent service. My partner and I had a great stay and recommend this hotel to everyone.

We’ve stayed in better five-star hotels in Vietnam, so this one didn’t feel worth the price for us as a young couple. The room looked quite dated, the design wasn’t great, and the rug could’ve been cleaner. There was a nice city view, though. The location also wasn’t ideal. They run a shuttle to a few main spots a few times a day, which helps, but we still needed Grab. Maybe it suits older guests better.

The breakfast buffet was a treat, especially the stand with unlimited coconut. The hotel also felt tucked away from the city noise. During the holidays, the Christmas Eve performance and decorations added a lovely festive touch. Vincent Vo from the concierge team was incredibly helpful with reservations and suggestions for places to go, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Vuong kindly handled room service, and they even sent roses and a small cake to my room. Such a wonderful stay.
