I stayed here once a few months ago and thought it was quite good, so I came back. This second visit was a real disappointment because of the unprofessional service. I'd booked more than half a month ahead. When we arrived, they told us there'd been a system error and no rooms were available. Before that, I had booked one night, canceled it, then booked two nights, and confirmed everything. They suggested the booking might be wrong because I'd booked twice. From my experience with booking services, once a guest reserves a room it gets locked, so how could another guest book that same room? I've never seen a booking error like this. The mistake was on the hotel's side, but I only got a few words of sympathy, not a sincere apology. My friend and I had driven a long way and were tired, expecting to rest when we arrived. We were shocked by what happened. I definitely won't come back a third time.

I spent 10 days in Da Nang. The room was clean and nice, and the staff and owner were all very enthusiastic.
