The room had so much mold that I’d tell anyone concerned about their health to avoid this place. After a long journey, we’d barely arrived and hadn’t had a moment to rest or freshen up when the receptionist started pressing us to book a coconut boat ride, a taxi to Da Nang, breakfast for the next morning, and another night at the hotel. We hadn’t even decided how long we’d stay in Hoi An, and had already said we needed a few minutes to settle in. The pressure made us extremely uncomfortable. At checkout, she also told us to post a good review.

The rooms felt very humid, which was the one downside for us. Apart from that, we had a very good stay: the location was convenient, everything was great, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. They made us comfortable, and we’d still recommend the hotel.

Beach Palm Villa is a lovely place to stay in Hoi An. The owner was wonderful, sweet, and took care of everything we needed. Our room was comfortable and nice, and got cleaned every day. It’s a short walk to the beach, though you’ll need to drive to old town.

We only planned to stay two days, but it was so comfortable that we added two more. The breakfast was superb, the place was very clean, and it felt well worth the money. There are free bicycles you can borrow to ride out to tra que village and the paddy fields. The vietnam coffee was very good too, with really authentic beans.

The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and this place is a great escape from the bustle of old town. We had a fabulous stay: spacious rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds, and breakfast that was a perfect start to the day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ignore the bad reviews calling them pushy, they’re just trying to help and make sure you’re looked after. Absolutely worth recommending. Thanks for a beautiful stay! ❤️❤️❤️
