The hosts are warm, helpful people, and I had a really good stay. My room was clean, quiet, and peaceful. There’s a water filter just outside each room, so you don’t have to keep buying water. Each floor also has a space that works like a living area, which is a nice extra. I’d want to come back.
Khan was so loyal, enthusiastic, and kind, and took care of anything I needed. When my backpack got soaked the day before my flight, he managed to find somewhere in the city to dry it, even though it was New Year and everything was closed. This is a lovely family homestay in a great neighborhood near the Dragon Bridge, with a night market right downstairs every evening. It’s right by the market, but the room wasn’t noisy. The rooms are clean and nice, and pretty cheap for the location and what you get. Mine had AC, a fan, fridge, kettle, table, closet, and queen-size bed. One downside is the shower: you have to press a switch each time and wait for the water to heat up, even in summer, and the hot water doesn’t last long, maybe five minutes. Still a lovely low-budget option for traveling. I highly recommend it 🧳
The location was convenient, with the night market just a short walk away. It runs daily from 5:30 PM until midnight, and the Sunday Dragon Bridge fire and water shows were amazing, only a five-minute walk. The rooms were satisfactory 😊, though the bathroom and kitchen left a lot to be desired 😕.
Khánh and his family are so sweet, and staying there felt like a family experience. I sat with him and the neighborhood kids while they did their homework. It’s one of the best spots for seeing the Dragon Bridge and night market, right on the market’s edge but somehow not noisy.
A small mistake on my part brought me here, and I ended up feeling very lucky. The owner and the whole family were kind, understanding, and sincerely helpful from the start. They showed real care despite the situation and even tried to help me find a long-term apartment. That support is rare and meant a lot to me. It’s a family-run place with a warm, beautiful energy, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
