We had lovely views all around from this riverside spot, and the staff were so helpful. After checkout at noon they kept my luggage while I waited for a late train, and even booked my Grab. Best place to stay in ninh Binh. Highly recommended.

They moved us to another room as soon as we had a problem, no questions asked. The staff also gave us loads of useful ideas for our time in the area without pushing their advertised tours. Great place and great value. We'd absolutely recommend it and stay again.

I've returned to this homestay at least four times and will keep coming back when I'm in the area. The staff are nice, the service is excellent, and having the pool right in front of my room is always a win on a hot day. Thanks so much.

I'm checking out and moving elsewhere. The rooms are small, and that bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept on. They were supposed to service the room daily, but didn't, so we were left with wet towels and couldn't shower. There are better places at the same price in the same location.

Kim was a big help with tour bookings, recommendations, and communication, and the staff were lovely. That's a big part of why I'd consider coming back. We also got upgraded to a pool view, which was a nice bonus. The food was amazing too. For breakfast, go with the Vietnamese breakfast and Vietnamese coffee.
