At King Hotel on May 4th-5th, I spent two nights in rooms 508 and 512, both priced at 500k VND, and it wasn't worth the money. The rooms felt old and dirty. The sink faucet was broken, the bathtub was dusty and dirty, and when I got back at 7 PM to shower, the water was off and there was no hot water. The manager was very slow to deal with my report. I asked to speak with the owner but wasn't allowed. I overheard a staff member on the phone with the owner, who said, "Our rooms are VIP, how could there be any problems? I don't talk to guests either." The owner had a bad attitude. Since I can't give negative stars, I'm giving one for now.

The elevator incident was handled terribly. A customer got trapped, and the staff neither knew what to do nor offered reassurance or an apology. I also got no apology after I was out. The hotel's business practices felt wildly unprofessional for this price. Awful experience. I won't return, and I'd tell people to avoid it.

The room was moldy and looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty and had a stale, musty smell, as though it had sat unused for ages. The bathroom and toilet were even worse, with an awful urine smell I can't describe :)) Terrible service and a terrible stay 🙂🙃

The price turned out better than I expected. There are lots of room styles to choose from, along with plenty of extra services. Good place.

The bathroom was dirty, and the room had a horrible musty smell. I won't be coming back.
