10/10
Our standard room was large, clean, and had a massive shower and all the essential amenities. The hotel seemed almost brand new, and breakfast was huge and tasty. The staff were really nice, helpful, and kind about bringing anything else we needed. After checkout, they let us leave our bags for the day while we waited for a night train, and even gave us tea and let us sit in reception. Amazing hotel.

The rooms were tidy and the beds comfortable, and the location was nice and quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome.

2/10
The construction outside our window was really loud. Inside the room, we found someone’s cut nails on the table, the AC didn’t work, and cold air came through holes in the windows. Booking the hotel took a very long time, too. When we returned at 10 pm, the hotel was locked from the inside and nobody was at reception. We waited 20 minutes, then managed to reach through a gap between the doors and open it. It was a really bad experience. Please be careful.

The rooms are good and the staff are helpful, but not being able to pay by credit card is a big drawback, especially if you’re short on cash and travel a lot.

10/10
The grounds were gorgeous, and the whole hotel was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the very comfortable beds, too. The staff were incredible and so helpful. For a little more than most homestays nearby, it was absolutely worth the extra money. We couldn’t have been happier.
