The main draw for us was the location, and the view from our balcony was fantastic: ocean, fireworks at night, and the cable car passing by. It’s in the prime area, just a 4min walk from the cable car and Sunset Town Main Street. The rooms are small, though, and need work. Paint was chipped off the walls, it was really dirty under the bed, and the aircond leaked. The airconds barely worked, so the room was hot and we couldn’t sleep at night. Staff did their best to fix things and help, so credit to them, but nothing could be done. Breakfast was hearty and good. I’d recommend it for the location and view, and would stay again if the aircond situation were better.

The hotel’s setting was peaceful, and I could see the Hon Thom cable car passing in the distance from my room. It was a nice spot to unwind after busy days. CASEPIA Hotel has a modern European feel that’s minimalist but still warm. It’s a small property, thoughtfully kept, and my room was clean, tidy, and had the essentials. The staff were friendly and attentive, with helpful suggestions for local sights, places to eat, and transport. Their service felt professional without being stiff. The location made it easy to visit Sunset Town landmarks, Kiss Bridge, and Hon Thom Cable Car Station. We had some rain during this season, but it didn’t disrupt our family trip. The sunset in the area was stunning and became a trip highlight. Breakfast was simple, tasty, and suited our preferences. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my short stay and would come back to CASEPIA Hotel on another visit. Thanks for making the vacation memorable.

I’m from Bali and was so happy to meet the receptionists, Nhan and Karol. They were always friendly and helpful. My room was clean and smelled nice, with no issues or complaints. The hostess even helped lift my suitcase. She was strong! The owner should give her a bigger salary and bonuses!!

We had a really pleasant stay at Casepia hotel when we visited Sunset town in early November this year. We booked a standard queen room but got a sea view room instead. It was super clean and smelled lovely, and the staff were welcoming and always happy to help with what we needed. My only comment is about breakfast. I wish there were a halal option, since I saw a lot of Muslim guests at the hotel. From the menu, I’m sure the other breakfast choices are excellent. Apart from that, it was a very pleasant hotel to stay at.

We came back to eat here a few times while staying in Phu Quoc. The staff were very friendly, and the outdoor terrace has great sunset views. We enjoyed the food overall, especially the delicious pizza. The burgers were good too, though the fries portion felt small for the price. The beef nachos disappointed us, so we didn’t order them again.
