Lotus Field Homestay

I especially loved relaxing in the hammock outside the bungalow and breathing the clean air. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, and Lotus Homestay made it easy to feel connected to nature. Our bungalow was comfortable and well equipped, so the stay felt cozy and effortless. The staff were genuinely warm and much kinder than I expected, and their help booking tours was very handy and well organized. The price for what we got exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return for the setting, service, and atmosphere.

Our kids got to fish with the host, and then the owner cooked the fish for us. They cried when it was time to leave. The hosts are core memories for them now. They also loved swimming and playing pool. We miss the place! It was our favorite stay in all of Vietnam. So quiet, peaceful, and beautiful, with a spacious room that had everything we needed. The staff made the stay. We’d definitely go back and recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

The staff were some of the kindest and most accommodating we’ve ever had. They even picked us up from our sleeper bus at 3am. My girlfriend and I spent two nights here after the Ha Giang Loop, and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. There are incredible views from the private rooms, kitchen, and pool deck. The bath was great and the beds were quite big. They provided free water, free bikes, a free breakfast, currency exchange at good rates, and laundry for a fee. If you want somewhere quiet, beautiful, and relaxing, I can’t recommend this place enough.

The setting is a big draw: the resort sits at the end of a quiet path, close to Trang An and Tam Coc, with karst mountains all around. It’s peaceful and the views are breathtaking. The overwater chalets look out on lotus flowers and a calm pond, but they feel dated and worn. Maintenance seems a bit neglected, and the wetland setting means noticeable humidity and a marshy smell that won’t suit everyone. A good choice if scenery and quiet matter more to you than modern comfort.
