Nham Village Resort

The bird sanctuary was close enough to walk to, and we especially loved taking the boat there in the evening. Seeing thousands of birds return to roost was amazing. The hotel staff also connected us with a local driver, who we used during our stay. This was our favorite hotel and location during our three-week Vietnam trip. From our private patio, we could see the magnificent scenery known as Halong Bay on land. The room, restaurant, and pool reminded us of Bali. Everything was beautiful and peaceful, with very quiet evenings. The food was so good that we ate every meal at the resort. Between the breathtaking views and the gorgeous hotel and pool, we can’t wait to come back.

The private driver we hired for the day was awesome, and I’d highly recommend him. We chose that over a guided tour because of the price, and didn’t feel we missed out at all. I’d absolutely do it again. Staff were also incredibly kind and helpful while I was feeling unwell on this part of my trip. The massage was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The room was gorgeous and looked just like the pictures. They welcomed us with tea and little snacks, and the surroundings were incredible. You can see the bluestone mountain from your bedroom. The food is delicious, especially the pumpkin soup from the à la carte menu. Breakfast was the one underwhelming part. There were lots of options, but nothing really stood out, though I heard some other guests loved it. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back!

The village nearby made noise and disturbed what would otherwise have been a perfectly peaceful setting. When we told the team, they went above and beyond and offered us a complimentary massage at the lovely spa. Their response showed how committed they were to making our stay pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and their warmth and professionalism stood out. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Vietnam. The rooms were immaculate, stylish, and comfortable, and the mountain views were breathtaking from both the room balcony and infinity pool. The only reason we can’t give it five stars is the village noise. Without that, it would have been flawless. We highly recommend it.

They sang happy birthday to me and gave me a cake on our last day, such a special touch. We spent two peaceful, beautiful nights at Nham Village. The gardens, views, staff, and drivers were all amazing. Our spacious room had everything we needed, plus a bowl of fresh fruit each day that was delicious. We borrowed bicycles for free, which made it easy to explore the area and local town. That was actually my favorite part. They can also arrange drivers if cycling isn’t your thing. We took the Trang An grottoes tour while we were there, and it was amazing. We’ll definitely come back to Nham Village with our adult children. Thanks for having us.
