The rooms were big, clean, and nice, though you could see into the shower from the main bedroom. We didn’t realize all the pools were closed for winter, and the location wasn’t very central, so we had to walk or use Grab to get anywhere useful. Staff were nice and helped heat up the breakfast, which was disappointing, not hot at first and with little choice. The pho was decent.

I stayed here in June 2022. During the night, I heard heavy stomping and things being moved upstairs, then a loud alarm went off and I couldn’t tell what was happening. It made me panic and feel scared.

Guests get free access to the water park, which was a great perk. Amazing hotel!
