We stayed for a month, and the receptionists were friendly and always willing to answer questions. They helped us deal with all sorts of things that can be tricky in a new country: getting a SIM card, finding a good homestay, booking a bus or hostel in Vietnamese, locating nearby restaurants, and deciding what to see in Hanoi and nearby or do on weekends. They were lifesavers many times, and thanks to them we enjoyed Vietnam more than we imagined we could. The apartment had a nice view, and a housekeeper could clean three times a week. There's a gym in the building, and reception can help you register. A supermarket, shopping mall, and places to eat are nearby, and it's not far from the Lotte tower. Getting to the old quarter can take up to 30 minutes by bus.

The reception girls were very friendly, and the area has a Lotte Mart about a five minute walk down the street, with good food at good prices. It's easy to get a Grab to the Old Quarter for a few euro's, usually around 30 minutes depending on traffic. The city's air quality is really poor, so you may want to wear a mask. Our extra water and electricity charges came to about € 75,- for four weeks. We stayed four weeks, but got a different room from the Japanese Style room we booked and paid a bit extra for. It wasn't clean: the kitchen cupboards were filthy and sticky, and the bedding looked like it had been there for a while. We mentioned it right away. I tried their cleaning service once, but preferred cleaning myself, though it could be hard to find a broom. Staff sometimes walked into the room without asking, so we started locking the door from inside. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay.

“Lilyhometel CTM CauGiay” gave us a welcoming stay. The reception girls were cute and kind, and the woman who cleaned the room was kind too. There's a gym on the 4th floor to help you stay healthy. If anything goes wrong in your room, contact reception and they can respond quickly. You can really feel the hospitality here.

We only stayed one day at CTM apartment, but felt very comfortable. The receptionists were really friendly and helpful, and thanks for the gift. I'll come back later.
