Those cute dogs were a bonus. I’ve been to Ninh Bình several times over the last three years, and I’d stay here every time. It feels wonderfully quiet, with mountains and rice fields right beyond the last building, yet Tâm Cốc is still close by. Almost like a secret spot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the family running the place were so accommodating. They let us borrow bikes and motorbikes, and breakfast was provided. One of the best views and stays I’ve had in Ninh Bình.

The host was kind and helpful throughout, and even gave us pointers for bike tours. Breakfast was adequate, and the bedroom was comfortable. Though it’s away from the city center, the peaceful setting among rice fields and mountains made it a great place to relax. I’d consider staying here again if I return to the area.

We planned on two nights, then added one more. Our original room type wasn’t available for that last night, but moving straight into another room was easy. The hosts were very friendly, the rooms and outdoor areas were clean, and breakfast was included each morning. Free bikes made getting around simple. There’s also a pool and deck, though we didn’t use them, plus some cute dogs.

Hung and the staff made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely two-night stay in a beautiful part of Tam Coc, with a spectacular view. It’s peaceful and has a unique atmosphere, while still being not far from the main road. Free bikes are available, and I rented a motorbike for a very convenient price. Highly recommended!

Hung was a wonderful host, full of useful information and happy to arrange transport and motorbikes. The room was comfortable and clean, and the property is beautiful. It’s a calm spot with stunning views, only about five minutes from the busy town center. I’d definitely recommend it. Thanks, Hung.
