The owner gave us over-the-top service and discounted our rooms when we arrived. For just 200k VND, we got a big room. My English friend was delighted, since he'd backpacked around Asia and hadn't had such a decent room at that price. The food was okay, though I got food poisoning. In the middle of the night, the owner kindly helped me find medicine. With no pharmacy open, she went all the way to her son's house, which was quite far, to get it. That's excellent service to me. They also helped us find rental motorbikes and negotiated a pretty cheap rate, 100k overnight.
