The room smelled so bad that we thought about leaving. It was disappointing after the hotel told us our Agoda booking was sold out and asked us to pay extra for an upgrade. Since it was their mistake, I felt they should have offered a free upgrade, but it was raining, so we paid. Checkout was at 10am, which seemed unusual to us, and they charged us for leaving at 10:30. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location is handy for going out in the local area. I booked a VIP room on Gojoy, but it was small, and the bathroom and toilet felt cramped. Soundproofing seemed poor, and the TV was old and not a smart TV. The pillows were very high and hard. The mini bar listed in the app was really just a small refrigerator, with no water inside. There were so few outlets that I had to unplug appliances to charge my phone. Water and tea weren't included in the room price.

The room was disgusting, with stains on the sheets and walls, and I left as quickly as I could. The windows were very thin, so traffic noise came through. I gave two stars for service because at least the woman was nice.

The location shown in the booking app was different when I went directly by Grab. They also DON'T TAKE CARD, even though the app says they do. Getting there just wasted my time and money.

I left as soon as I could. The stained sheets and walls made the room disgusting, and the thin windows let in the traffic noise.
