We were able to extend our stay by a day without any problem, which worked out great for us. The host was always laughing, the rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were amazing. It takes around 15-20 minutes to reach the city center with Grab, so shopping or going out for dinner is easy. The only letdown was the "smart" TV. It wasn't really smart, and we couldn't connect a phone to it. Otherwise, it's a really great place, and I'd gladly come back. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, friendly hospitality, and a spot right in the center of the old town.

I stayed for three weeks in Hanoi and found this a good place, close to everything. The room was good for the price, and reception and housekeeping were helpful. They may be away from the desk while handling other tasks, but you can reach them using the number on the counter if you need something. I'd definitely stay here again.

A nice, new facility with helpful, friendly staff. My only issue was that the bed was made by combining two singles, and it wasn't comfortable when I lay in the middle. Still recommend!

We spent four nights here for work and really liked the place. It felt like a home away from home. Thanks for having us.
