HoLo Central Hanoi - Serviced HomeStay

There are plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby with strong Google ratings, and the area itself is quiet. The apartment has lots of space, the staff are friendly, and the little extras like toothbrushes and cotton buds were a nice touch. My main concern was the lack of proper ventilation. Cleanliness also felt a bit superficial: dust in several spots, hand marks from previous guests, a bathroom mat that hadn't been vacuumed, and I'm not sure the floor was fully cleaned before check-in. The shower towels were quite small and could use replacing. I think those things can be fixed quickly, so I still definitely recommend the place 👌🏻

The building felt secure the whole time, and the staff were flexible and helpful. I booked the service apartment for a week and found it convenient to have a kitchen, plates, and basic cooking tools. There's also a cooler, and being close to Old Hanoi made getting around easy. A great fit if you want an apartment-style stay with a usable kitchen. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay at HoLo. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. No complaints at all, it was just perfect. I'll be back🤩

Management was great and answered really quickly whenever we needed them 🙏🏼. The place is spacious and clean, and the location is spot on, within walking distance of lake Hoan Kiem and the Old Quarter.
