Everything you need is within about a 10-minute walk, which makes the busy-street location really convenient. We got great value for the money, and the service was outstanding. They went out of their way to help with anything, and it felt like someone had our back during the stay. It can get noisy, but we're heavy sleepers and still slept well. 👍🏻👍🏻

I came across this place while walking near St. Joseph’s Cathedral after leaving an Airbnb early because of cleanliness problems. It felt welcoming as soon as I walked in, and the Old Quarter location made it easy to reach everything on foot. The hotel was quiet inside despite the busy area. Our room was clean and a comfortable size for two, with enough wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the internet was quick and reliable. Breakfast was better than expected, with good quality and variety. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and spoke English well. They were always ready to answer questions. A good choice in Hanoi if you want a clean, well-run hotel in a convenient spot.

After a full-day trip to Nimh Binh, we arrived at the hotel late. Jenny at reception was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, a real credit to her employer. The rooms were clean and a decent size, breakfast was included, and she arranged our tour to Halong Bay.

The room smelled unpleasant, and the sheets were really dirty, with lots of hair and short fibers on them. I couldn't sleep all night. I didn't feel comfortable lying in the bed or confident about the hotel's hygiene.
