Thương and Phong do a wonderful job of making guests feel comfortable and looked after. Everyone was so welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, with a beautiful mountain view. I feel lucky to have stayed here and would gladly come back!

We appreciated the spacious wardrobe, which made it easy to store our luggage and keep the room tidy. Both the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The staff welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions, and made arranging our Sapa bus and bicycle rental completely hassle-free. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience, with nothing negative to say. A big thank you to everyone!

We got in at 2am, and the owner drove over to check us in and take us to our room. The dorms were spacious and really nice, with big lockers and a very modern look. All the staff gave amazing service. We were invited to family dinner for lunch, and the owner helped us book scooters and our sleeper bus and gave us tips on places to visit. It's only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Tam Coc, and well worth the price.

The outside area was lovely, and the pool was a decent size. The accommodation was clean and had more than the basics. Thương made us feel welcome from the start, checked in to see if everything was okay, and offered to help if we needed anything. They even helped me order a taxi and spoke with the driver. I’d recommend staying here.

I thought I’d only stay a few days, but ended up spending two weeks here. It was easy to rent a bike or motorbike, and Thương at reception was really sweet and happy to help with whatever I needed. I’d stay here again.
