The location was great, just a short distance from Hang Mua, and breakfast was included. The staff were kind and accommodating, helping arrange transfers and finding gluten-free options that weren’t on the menu. When I noticed a smell in my bathroom, they quickly moved me to another room, which was a relief. Plumbing can be tricky in a tropical place like Ninh Binh, and I appreciated how fast they dealt with it. They were always willing to help with anything I needed. A lovely stay, and I’d recommend it. I’m sure they’ll keep improving from guest feedback.

Having a cave view from the room was on another level. The place is stunning, surrounded by nature, calm, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff treated us so nicely. We had the best time and will be back for sure!

The room was clean and spacious, and the setting is quiet and relaxing. Tam Coc is about a 10 minute motorbike ride away, and there’s a small town nearby for food and groceries. During our 10 days here, everything was okay, and it was very good value for money. Breakfast is included, and there’s a pool, board games, a beautiful lake view, and a few free bikes. The staff were outstanding and helped with everything we needed. The walls are thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbours clearly. Most nights were quiet. On one of our ten nights some guests were a little loud, but we called reception and they sorted it out. I recommend it.

The pool was clean, crisp, and refreshing, and the A/C worked perfectly in the heat. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty to choose from. They offer free bicycles and motorbike rentals, and when they’d run out of bikes, the staff went out of their way to find us two sets. We also got upgraded to a better room. The location was beautiful and convenient, and Neo took especially good care of us from the moment we arrived. A great stay from beginning to end, and one we’d highly recommend.
