We found the host very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. There’s a lovely shared garden where you can relax by the river. The homestay sits among the mountains around Trang An River, making it a handy base for local sights. Hoa Lu (Ancient and Modern) is nearby, Tam Coc is a short taxi ride away, and the Trang An River Tours are very close. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We planned to stay one night at Green river homestay and ended up making it three. The host is lovely and helpful, and everything is very clean. It’s quiet and close to Trang an and many of the sights we wanted to visit. The city is easy to reach by Grab, bike, or moped, and there are plenty of nearby cafes and food choices. The host also has her own menu, and the laundry service was a great extra. I’d recommend booking here.

The hosts made our four nights here so easy. They were warm and helpful with everything, from laundry to tips about the area, and we could rent a bike or scooter right at the homestay. Breakfast was delicious, and we looked forward to it each morning. Our little private cabin was new, spotless, and comfortable, with a great bathroom, hot water, and excellent shower pressure. The quiet location is still close to Tam Coc and Ninh Binh. We especially loved cycling the beautiful route that starts right at the homestay. This was the best homestay I’ve stayed in. If you’re coming to Ninh Binh, stay here. We loved it and would return without hesitation.

Our room was bright, spacious, and clean, with a really comfortable bed. The hosts were so helpful that they let us check in early on the morning we arrived, since the room was already ready. I highly recommend this place!
