Good location, great facilities, and the host replies really quickly on WhatsApp.

We eventually got inside after calling the contact number, but it was a hassle because the entrance is locked and the booking email didn't make it clear that check-in had to be arranged ahead of time. The room was nice, though there was no heat, and the shower pressure dropped a lot on our last night.

The room had a modern, attractive design, and the host's daughter kindly texted me to apologize afterward. That was about the only positive in a stay that wasn't worth what I paid. I stayed one night and spilled clean water on the floor because the bathtub beside the bed has no raised edge to stop overflow. I used a towel and a spare sheet to soak it up so the cleaners wouldn't have extra work. I apologized twice, once directly after the cleaner shouted at me, and once by offering to pay for extra cleaning. I paid the full cleaning fee without haggling, 300,0000, even though it seemed high for such ordinary homestay service and no help during the stay. The host spoke to me in a very loud voice, where all the neighbors came out to look, and used extremely insulting words, saying, "YOU'RE WITH YOUR PANTIES IN THERE, YOU'RE ALL WET IN YOUR TOWEL AND SHEET" and "LOOK AT YOUR FACE AND NOSE THAT'S NOT CONSCIOUS." The host's usual way of speaking even before this was annoying and superior, and there was no customer support during the stay. There was also a difference in how checkout was handled for guests booking through the app or a third party. They sent a checkout policy saying 12:00, but at checkout, without any notice beforehand, she said I had to pay extra to leave at 12:00 because I booked through the app, under "OTHER" rules. She said I would have to book directly with her next time to use the 12:00 checkout time. I didn't make a bigger issue of it by posting in the media group or reviewing it on TikTok because the host's daughter apologized. I'm sharing this so others don't have the same experience and have their trip ruined. This system has many locations, so pay attention.
