Hanoi Luxury House & Travel

Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. We were just above reception and had a great three-night stay. The reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful, arranging our transfer and sharing good local suggestions. The hotel sits on a quieter side street, which was a nice break from the busy Old Town, but we could still walk everywhere easily. We'd happily recommend it.

The mini fridge never got cold, which was a bit of a letdown since I like my drinks and water really cold. But I still loved this place, especially because the staff made everything feel perfect. They were super nice and helpful, even printing a map of the area. The night market is an easy walk away, and the rooms have blackout curtains and thick windows and walls that keep outside noise down. My room was very clean, including the bathroom; the hot water pressure was strong and the shower drained properly without water pooling at my feet. The air conditioning was good, and they left two free water bottles each day when they cleaned. Tours with hotel pickup and laundry service were available too. When I checked out, they even gave me a little souvenir bag. So sweet!

The one thing that could be clearer is how to find the hotel. It's on a small road, so taxis may not get all the way there. With Grab we had to walk a few minutes from the main road, though the hotel's own taxi service drove right up. Once there, we found a very clean place with affordable laundry and taxi service, plus useful maps and guides. The staff checked in with us every day and offered help, and there were free snacks in the lobby. For hospitality, it was one of the top two hotels of our Asia trip.

The staff really stood out, friendly and ready to help with nearly anything. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on, and a few of those local places became favorites during my time in town. I stayed on a recent Hanoi trip and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be near the Old Quarter. The location lets you see local life while staying close to the tourist center.
