The hospitality here really set this place apart from other Ninh Binh stays with similar amenities. The couple at the front desk, who I think are the owners, were attentive and kind, and took time to explain the services. Our two-night stay cost about $55 in total, which was outstanding for what was included. The spacious bungalow had a large shower and bathroom, plus all the amenities we needed. We could use free bicycles, get quick laundry service and concierge help, and enjoy the pool, which lights up at night. Tam Coc was a perfect base, right in the tourist area with everything easy to reach. The bed was huge, listed as a king but noticeably bigger than a standard American king. We also arranged an in-room massage each night at very reasonable prices, which made things even more relaxing. We wished we had more time and would absolutely stay here again. An amazing experience.

We had a night bus to catch, so being able to leave our luggage there all day and use the shower beside the pool before heading out was a great help. The hotel also rented me a motorbike at a very good price, and it worked perfectly. The complimentary bikes were useful too, though the tires looked a bit worn and could probably be replaced. They still worked well. The setting was peaceful, just steps from the center and plenty of restaurants, and the hotel was very clean with kind, welcoming staff. The pool was lovely for relaxing and breakfast tasted good. A wonderful stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

They let us use the facilities all day before and after checkout, and were incredibly kind about it. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the village bungalow was beautiful, with immaculate rooms. This has been our favorite place to stay in Vietnam by far. Couldn't recommend it more.

The owners really made my time in Ninh Binh. They thought of so many things to make the stay enjoyable, and the bungalows are adorable. Breakfast was delicious, and they gave me a good suggestion for both dinner and a massage. When I was walking there in the dark, the owner came by on his motorbike, gave me a ride, and asked where I wanted to go first. I loved staying here. The place itself is beautiful.

The cabins are compact, but had all the comforts I needed, and it was very quiet at night. It's about ten minutes from the busier town center. The receptionist was really friendly, and bikes or scooters are available to rent. I wish we'd stayed longer!
