The staff made the stay for me. They were amazing, friendly, attentive, and helped me put together an itinerary and arrange transport. The hotel is just beyond the busy town center, so it’s calm and beautiful, and my room was spacious and clean. The shower had strong pressure and reliably warm water, the AC cooled well, and I was glad to have a fan in the room too. One thing to keep in mind: motorbikes are scarce outside the center, so you may need to use Grab to leave the hotel. That wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s worth knowing. I really enjoyed my stay at Vu hotel.

Getting around was simple, with Grab rides arriving quickly, and the host helped with transport and shared useful tips. They were friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to lend a hand. Breakfast had a tasty range of choices and was a lovely start to the day. The place felt brand new and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

The gentleman at reception made us feel so welcome. He genuinely cared, arranged a tour, and helped with anything we needed. We could explore easily on the bicycles provided by the hotel, and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. This is one of my best hotel stays ever, and I’d come back without hesitation. I’m completely enchanted by the place, especially the wonderful staff.

We arrived at Vũ Hotel Ninh Bình with food poisoning, and the staff handled it so professionally. They gave us clean, comfortable rooms, then quickly arranged a ride to a medical facility when we got worse during the night and helped us through everything there. The hotel is modern, new, and very clean, and the kind staff spoke English well enough that communication was easy. It’s outside the city center, but getting around was still convenient by Grab or with transport arranged by the hotel. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were very accommodating, and the pool was nice. Breakfast was good too. The accommodations near Mua Hang are beautiful, though cycling there meant dealing with some busy roads. It’s a good location if you like biking and don’t mind traffic.
