We had a great stay and would happily come back. The owners were so sweet and helped with everything. Our room was clean and well organized, and breakfast was great. We also tried the laundry service, which came back very clean and faster than expected. The location by the lake is great, and the center is walkable. Best value for the money, and we’d 100% recommend it.

The location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see in central Sapa. The team were very welcoming, and breakfast was included in the price and was fantastic. Our room was spacious, with a super king bed and lovely crisp linen. The shower was great, with plenty of hot water. The host was delightful and added to an already enjoyable stay. Fantastic value for money, highly recommended!

This is my favourite stay in Vietnam so far. The owners and staff were wonderful, and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with heaters and electric blankets for the cold Sapa weather. I’d definitely come back, and highly recommend it.

I got to Sapa on January 13th, and it was cold. There was no hot water for a shower, and the heating wasn’t working. In fact, they don’t have heating, just air conditioning set to 30 degrees, which wasn’t enough for a room that had no insulation and felt very cold. I couldn’t stay and had to move to another hotel. Greedy owner. Energy bills in Vietnam are the cheapest in Asia.
