We were in Sa Pa from 26-30 May 2026 and got the hotel through agoda. Our early arrival was no problem: Ghan at reception (I may have the name wrong) was very accommodating, and manager Hà helped us sort out transport to Hanoi and suggested places to visit. The room was comfortable and clean, with basic bathroom supplies and slippers. Breakfast is simple but a good way to start the day. There’s a large seating area, and spa and massage services are available in the room. Right outside are restaurants, a spa, massage services, and a souvenir shop. Sun Plaza is just steps away, and the town center, church, cafés, and restaurants are about three minutes away. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The room was clean, and breakfast was decent. Ms. Ha at the front desk was welcoming and suggested things to see nearby, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. Sun Plaza is right next door, with the city center about a 5-10 minute walk away. I stayed three nights in a non-smoking room on the fourth floor. Internet was extremely slow, and I couldn’t get connected. Hot water was enough for one person, but went cold when two of us showered together. Hope they can improve those issues. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel and I’d recommend it.

Ms. HA helped us buy online tickets for Fansipan and Rhong May Glass Bridge, sending the same-day QR codes through whatsapp. She also arranged a car for our trip to Rhong May, which cost less than other taxis and grab. She and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and we loved the Family Room. We booked through agoda for May 23-28, 2026, arriving early on May 24. A room happened to be vacant, so we checked in around 6:20AM, then moved that evening to our original booking, which had a mountain view of Fansipan and the cable car in the distance. Sapa Symphony Hotel is very close to Sapa Sun Plaza, and it’s about a three-minute walk to Sapa Town Center. If GOD's Will brings us back to Sapa, we’d book this Symphony Hotel again. We Love Vietnam.

The price was among the lowest around, and I’d come back next time. The room was clean and roomy, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions. There are plenty of good cafes nearby, and the train station is close too. 😁

Free breakfast comes with a really cheap room here. It’s the most affordable hotel option I’ve come across, and getting a meal included at that price feels like a great deal. If you’re watching your budget, it’s worth a look. Saving that money made the trip feel more relaxing. I’m pretty pleased I found it.
