My first visit to Sa Pa was such a good one. The hotel is lovely, in a quiet area with great views, not far from the citycentre or Fansipan mountain. The family at the front desk were so friendly, and I really enjoyed their hospitality. Thank you!

We had a really unpleasant stay. The bathroom wasn't clean, the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes, and loud people in the hallway woke us up. There was never anyone at reception to help or serve us.
