Hoa welcomed us like family, and her kindness is what made our stay at Pearl Beach Homestay so memorable. When I felt unwell, she made ginger and lime tea for me. The tea itself was lovely, but it was the care behind it that mattered most. Her attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and love for Hoi An really came through. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and peaceful, the food is delicious, and the homestay's setting near the beach between larger resorts feels tucked away. There's greenery all around and a gentle sound of the sea. I've stayed in plenty of hotels and homestays, but rarely felt so welcomed. Thanks to Hoa and Pearl Beach Homestay, we'll love Vietnam forever. If you want somewhere to relax, feel cared for, and experience the soul of Hoi An, this is the place. It feels like somewhere you belong, not just somewhere to sleep. 💛🌿

We liked being a little away from the old town's mayhem, while still having lots of restaurants and other amenities nearby. The beach is just a hop away, and the main tourist area is an easy ride by scooter or bike. Our host was wonderfully friendly and helped with everything from taxis to cooking and coffee making classes, as well as scooter rentals. Cảm ơn rất nhiều, Le Hoa!

It's a peaceful spot at a very reasonable price, with the sea only two minutes away. You can rent a bicycle or motorbike from the hostess and head to the old town or ride through the rice fields. I felt right at home in the calm, friendly atmosphere. The hostess was wonderful and happy to help with questions. My room was clean and regularly tidied, and the bed and soft pillows were very comfortable. There's also a cozy restaurant and massage services at the hotel.

The way Hoa welcomed me and my mother made our arrival in Vietnam feel magical and set such a lovely tone for our trip. She's so sweet, and her little giggle brightened every interaction and made us feel at home. The team at Pearl Beach Homestay were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, the homemade food was always fresh and flavorful, and the laundry service was reliable. Hoa's cheerful morning smile was a lovely way to start the day. Honestly, I can't think of anything bad to say about the place. We ended up here after our original Airbnb booking fell through after showing as available. The owner, Lihn, went above and beyond by calling her friend down the street, sorting things out for us, and driving us over herself to make sure we were comfortable. The hospitality in Vietnam really felt like another level. This is such a welcoming, affordable place with so much heart, a great way to start or spend a stay in Vietnam. We can't recommend it enough. 10/10, 5/5, whatever, it was the best! Thank you, Hoa and the team! 🌟

Everyone is always smiling and very kind. The homestay feels peaceful and relaxed, and we felt really good there ❤️🧡 I'd recommend it and would come back. The photo says it all :)
