The location was convenient, within walking distance of the imperial city, and the hotel is on a quiet street. We were only there one night but were very satisfied. Binh at reception was really kind and even arranged a driver for the day. The room was very clean and had a shared balcony that was lovely. We mentioned a small hot water issue to the staff, and they sorted it quickly. Nga made a very good breakfast too. I strongly recommend it!

We stayed at 75 Garden Inn in Huế during storm Bualoi, and it was a great choice. Although some parts of the city were flooded, the guesthouse street stayed dry and easy to reach. The hotel is tucked into a small alley, which turned out to be peaceful and friendly, with no through traffic. The main road, where cars and taxis can reach, is just around the corner. It's a beautiful, new, very clean hotel, and the large rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to sit and relax. Breakfast has to be chosen the evening before, which was no problem, and Mrs. Nga prepared it carefully each morning while keeping the rooms spotless. Everything felt personal and well looked after. A lovely, quiet place with a friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities. Highly recommended when visiting Huế!

Sian and Nga gave us excellent service, and breakfast was lovely. They also kept our bags while we walked around the city. The location is perfect for the Imperial City, though a bit farther from other parts of Hue. We had no power one morning, and roadworks made it a little difficult to get there, but those things were outside the hotel's control. Would highly recommend.

I only got to spend two days here after roadworks meant I had to move to one of their other locations, even though I'd booked this hotel for six days. The staff made the short stay really comfortable, and the breakfast and service were very good. I didn't get the names of the staff members, but I appreciated the care and hospitality. I'd be happy to stay with this hotel group again.
