Alba Spa Hotel

The jacuzzi was lovely in the afternoon, and the views are great. Many rooms have nice balconies, and the staff, especially Linda, were very helpful and could assist with anything. There's some outside noise, but I still slept well. The bathtub shower did have the leak other reviews mention, so I used extra towels. It's close to nightlife, restaurants, and a market. The citadel is about a 30-minute walk. A very nice exactamente experience, and a good, restful stay.

We had a great family stay. The room was clean and peaceful, and the staff were professional. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of local and Western food. There are lots of eateries and cafes within walking distance, too.

The daytime building work in the neighborhood sometimes made things noisy, so be aware of that. The staff made my stay at Alba Spa Hotel very pleasant through their attentiveness, kindness, and willingness to go beyond what guests expected. Mrs. Linh deserves a special thank you. Her knowledge of Hué's attractions gave me many memorable moments. The towels and bed coverings provided each day were always incredibly clean. I'm sincerely looking forward to staying at Alba Spa Hotel again.

The room and hallways smelled fresh and clean, and the view was nice. The staff and reception had a relaxed vibe too. You could just do your own thing and come and go. The complimentary spa was lovely, and it was my first time staying somewhere with something like that. They also provided water in glass bottles. I wondered if the bottles are reused or recycled, which would be cool if so. There was construction nearby. You could hear it a little, but it was easy to ignore. If you're sensitive to those sounds, it might annoy you. I slept through it unless I was already half awake in the morning. The elevator was the opposite of the clean-smelling room and hallways, though. It was very musty, with carpet inside. Removing the carpet might make it cleaner. I'm sensitive to scents and held my breath every time I rode it.
