The location made it easy to reach Hue’s main attractions, restaurants, and cafés without long trips, and the hotel was good value for money. I stayed on the 6th floor, where it was completely quiet despite being near the city center, so I slept well. My room was clean and maintained well, with a fresh, pleasant smell. Housekeeping did a solid job, and the bathroom was clean, functional, spacious enough, and had good water pressure. Breakfast was a highlight. There was a good range of fresh international options for Western and Asian tastes, and the food was regularly replenished. It was an enjoyable, relaxed start to the day. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it had what I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d give it a solid 4-star rating.

The location was great, on a quiet street within walking distance of most places. Staff did their best, though there was only so much they could do with the condition of the hotel. It was very outdated, noisy, smelly, and dirty, and badly needed renovation or refurbishment. We came as a group, and without exception, everyone had the same experience. Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

Right in the centre of Hue, with shops and restaurants a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was pleasant and clean. But there was no tea or coffee and no tissues. I’d have expected those in a high class hotel.

The hotel was dirty, and the woman at reception was so rude. It’s unbelievable. OMG, one of the worst experiences of my life. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I repeat, DO NOT.

The location was pretty good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable enough. They were also very tired, with flaking paint and old furnishings.
