For the price of a deluxe double, this was good value for our one-night stop in Hue. We arrived mid-afternoon from Hoi An and left around the same time the next day. The lobby was bright and clean, and the desk staff gave us a warm welcome. Someone showed us to a similarly bright, tidy room with free tea, coffee, water, and excellent free Wi-Fi. There was no window, but for just one night we didn’t mind. The room was spacious enough, though anyone staying longer might find the wardrobe space limited. The bathroom was roomy and had toothbrushes, combs, and the little extras big hotels often don’t provide. A small odd thing: the shampoo and shower gel were by the sink instead of in the shower. Breakfast was basic but enough. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay.

My wife and I stayed for two days in December 2025. The hotel was clean and nice, and we were very happy with the kitchen staff. Breakfast was great, and the bed was good. But there’s a huge gap under the door, so I could hear everything in the corridor. Also, it’s really weird that the toilet partition is glass.

I booked ahead through booking.com, but the hotel cancelled the reservation and raised the room price without telling me. Those trade practices seem shady, so I can’t recommend it.

I couldn’t post my review on booking.com, even though that’s where I booked, and somehow I can’t write one there anymore. There was no window, and the hallway was so narrow that I could hear noises from the room opposite mine. Once inside, there was barely any space beyond the bed. It felt kind of like a love hotel or something. If you want a comfortable stay, I really don’t recommend it.
