It was so convenient for visiting our family inside the walls, less than a 10-minute walk away. Hoang Hien really made us feel welcome, caring for and feeding our two kids so kindly. They warmed to her fast, which we hadn’t expected. Binh was also very nice to them. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cleaned nicely. There were some scuff marks on the floor and blemishes in the shower, though, so the room didn’t feel very clean when we first walked in. We’d probably stay here again.

I was lucky to find this place and would come back. My grandfather couldn’t join us on a longer trip, and Ms Hoang Hien took good care of him while we were away. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good: sausages, omelette and bread, or Hue traditional noodles, plus tea and Vietnamese coffee. It’s a 5-minute walk from Kien Trung palace gate and 15 minutes from the main entrance.

The location made it easy to get around, and check-in went smoothly. Nga cooked me a delicious breakfast, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. My room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Hoang Hien was so caring with my kids and always made sure they were fed and looked after. The breakfast was delicious, too, and everyone took really good care of us. Great location and a great experience. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in town.

My mother and I, both Indian, stayed here for three nights while travelling in Hue. We had a spacious room with a balcony, and the breakfast prepared by Ms.Hien was delicious. The Imperial city and Royal Antiquities museum are within walking distance, and it’s easy to hail a Grab from here to visit other Hue attractions. I’d say this is the best place to stay in Hue.
