Maybe the worst hostel I've stayed in here. I booked two nights, but from 7:30 in the morning until 4 pm there were people hammering and drilling. The constant noise all around made it impossible for us to nap. I told the receptionist, and she didn't seem to care. I expect they'll reply with an apology, but that won't change anything.

We stayed one night while some other guests were having a party. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear people upstairs, in the next room, and in the hallway all night and couldn't sleep. We complained at the front desk, but the noise only stopped for an hour. ☺️☺️☺️

The service offered in this remote spot is commendable, and the hotel is only a short taxi ride from the train station. It has single, double, and family rooms, plus free WiFi and space for meetings. There's also room for wheelchairs, and hot water in every room. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are served. Out front there's a large parking area. Inside, the reception has sofas, tables, and chairs, with soft music making the atmosphere pleasant. Hospitality is well maintained. For the Hue area, I'd say it's the best hotel with all the basic facilities.

The central location worked well, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. My room was clean and nice, and perfectly suited my trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really liked them. Highly recommend it. Thanks!

There was hair and flies on my pillow, and instead of changing it, they just turned it over. There was hair on my towel too. I waited an hour for the air conditioner to cool the room. The hot water had a very strange color, red at first and then pink, and the shower room smelled really bad. I'm not coming back.
