We arrived really late, but the owners were kind and helpful. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable, and the service was lovely. It felt like a 3-4 star hotel. The location’s great too, just two minutes from the main road tea shop and next to a spa. We’ll definitely come back!

We only needed somewhere to stay briefly between our other hotel and an overnight train. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed for the price. The stairs up to it are a little narrow, but it was good value overall.

Just a short walk from the good restaurants and street shops, the location is excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Staff were really friendly and could explain how to get around and which places to visit. They can also arrange door-to-door transfers for travellers.

There was a booking mix-up somewhere between Agoda and the hotel, but the manager personally sorted it out and found us an acceptable replacement hotel for the night. He was helpful and kept us informed throughout. When we checked in the next day, the room was great and breakfast tasted quite good.

A budget place that feels worth what you pay. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and it’s fine for a night. There’s no elevator, so try for a lower floor if you can. It’s in the “western” tourist area, near upscale shops.
