We were on the fifth floor, and our room was spotless, cosy, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood can be noisy since it's busy outside, but our room was quiet enough and we had no trouble. A really good deal and a great place to stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nice, and the breakfast was great. We could order as much as we wanted, with fresh, delicious fruit and very good homemade yogurt. They welcomed us warmly, spoke very good English, paid attention to what we needed, and were eager to help. We were even served fresh fruit and juice when we arrived. It's well placed for walking to lots of restaurants and shops, and you can rent a scooter for a very reasonable price. We've stayed in many hotels in Vietnam, and this one is our top pick for plenty of reasons. I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The location is very convenient, with walking streets right in front and delicious street food everywhere, so it works well for young people and families. The welcome was warm from the front desk ladies, and the breakfast staff were just as friendly. Everyone was super nice and helpful.

The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, the walking street, and within easy walking distance of the river and Citadel. Breakfast was basic, but you could get hot food cooked fresh, which was good. My room, 701, was huge, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and helpful. I stayed a couple of nights, though the hotel itself is a bit old and run down.
